Program or Service Youth Business Development Program

The Youth Business Development Program is for youth who are interested in starting a business.

The program consists of business plan skill development, one on one consulting services, access to financing, money management training, aftercare/mentorship services and for those who qualify, a living allowance for a period of up to 6 months.
Organization SEED Winnipeg Inc.

SEED Winnipeg Inc.'s mission is to combat poverty and increase the social and economic vitality of low income individuals, groups, organizations and economically distressed communities primarily in the Winnipeg area through delivering programs and services that help low income individuals, groups and organizations start and save money for future gaols. SEED also conducts CED-related research and consults with other CED organizations and community groups at the local, regional and national levels in an effort to expand the adoption of CED methods as the normative approach to economic development in Canada
Eligibility Details Within the ages between 16 and 30.
Are not self employed or receiving minimal income from self employment.
Not attending school.
Do not qualify for Employment Insurance.
Receiving minimal Social Assistance.
