Business Planning 101

-- Feb 15 2018 --

Whether you are starting a full-time business or a side-hustle, work from home or have a storefront, writing a business plan is a big step forward in putting your business on the map. If you are looking for financing for your business, you can expect a business plan to be a requirement. But even if you don't need funding, an informal business plan can improve the chances that your business will succeed. A business plan is a blueprint for growing your business.

This two-hour workshop will give you a basic overview of the business planning process.

  1. Basic components of a business plan
  2. Identifying your competition
  3. Getting to know your customer
  4. Getting the word out
  5. Knowing your numbers
